白色雪与我的色彩画布

         

  这是一位来自古城邯郸的青年艺术家：他外表冷峻，却谦逊有礼。很高兴可以约到董子棋来齐辛民艺术中心做个人展览。

  在欣赏董子棋最新创作的“冬奥”题材和“释放”系列作品之时，我不禁感叹董子棋的时代感与新闻视野之敏锐，创作题材之丰富，绘画手法之洒脱。遂在冬季奥运会圆满闭幕之际，以本展览的作品向大师致敬！向奥运精神致敬！

   众所周知，杰克逊·波洛克是抽象表现主义大师，被誉为历史上最伟大的画家之一。他是西方现代绘画摆脱欧洲标准，并在国际艺坛建立领导地位的第一功臣。波洛克创立了行动绘画，改变了传统架上绘画的观念，做出了历史性的改革。

     董子棋是一位很有思想的艺术家。他把自己的绘画情感融合在创作中，在挥舞画笔时看似随意的泼洒，却在表达自己的情绪与思想。画布上纵横交错的线条，有如音乐旋律在跳跃。画布中碰撞叠加的色彩，超越了时间与空间。他把线条与色彩融合成自己的语言，这些语言是偶然间烙成的戏剧效果，让观者的视野，被带入到无限延续且辽阔无边的深层境界。

 

相信本次展览所记录的冬奥精彩瞬间，将给观众带来一场视觉盛宴。

White Snow and My Canvas

               —Exhibition of Dong Ziqi’s artwork in 2022

 

He, a youth artist from an ancient city Handan; seems a bit distant but quite humble and easy-going when I get along with him. It is my pleasure to have Dong Ziqi’s solo exhibition organized at Qi Xinmin’s Art Center.

 

After appreciation of Ziqi’s artwork with the theme of Winter Olympics and of “release” series, I can’t help to praise Ziqi’s high sensitivity of times and horizon over news, and his abundant subjects of creation. All the artworks in the exhibition show great respect to masters and Olympics spirit.

 

Jackson Pollock is a master of Abstract Expressionism, and he was honored as one of the greatest artist in the history. He is the most meritorious person who make modern western painting get rid of European standard and establish leadership in the international art world. He created “action painting”, which changed the traditional concept of “easel painting”.

 

Dong Ziqi is an artist with many ideas. He merges the emotion of painting in his creation process. The seemingly random colors are arranged in a crisscross pattern which look like bouncing melody. The colors on canvas are blended to bring out the theme and to express the artist’s feelings which break away from the restrictions of time and space. He combines lines and colors together and adopts his own artistic language which is a dramatic and symbolic art form. His artworks leave much room for audience to indulge in wonder and imagination.

 

I wish the incredible moments of 2022 Winter Olympics recorded in this exhibition will bring all the audience visual delight.
